The City of Keego Harbor’s City Council, Planning Commission, TIFA, and Parks & Recreation Commission each play an important role in shaping the community’s future. While each shared an interest in redevelopment and community investment, their work had largely advanced through separate plans, priorities, and initiatives.
 

GCA designed and facilitated a strategic planning process that brought all four boards together around a shared vision for Keego Harbor’s future. The process pulled forward key initiatives from existing City and TIFA plans, identified areas of common purpose, and established shared priorities across the organization.
 

Rather than creating another stand-alone plan, the Strategic Plan became a bridge between adopted plans and execution—providing a framework to align policy, planning, investment, and resources around the initiatives that matter most to the community.
